Their product line includes a range of kits from a compact lightweight kit to a comprehensive kit that includes custom tablets preloaded with interactive rescue guidance software.
Mobilize Rescue sought to scale and enhance their digital-first emergency response experience, ensuring their kits could guide untrained users with speed and confidence.
Mobilize Rescue partnered with Solvative to transform their first aid kits into intelligent, app-powered emergency response systems. The goal was to create a digital-first experience that could guide anyone, regardless of medical training, through high-stress rescue situations with confidence.
Solvative developed a suite of native mobile applications and backend systems that delivered dynamic, condition-based rescue workflows, real-time inventory tracking, and automated supply replenishment. The result was a scalable and reliable solution that redefined how first aid can be delivered, monitored, and maintained in the field.

Prior to partnering with Solvative, Mobilize Rescue’s first aid response system relied heavily on printed, static graphic charts. These were:
They needed a modern, intuitive, and scalable digital solution; something that could be deployed across different kit types, offer guided rescue workflows, and integrate with backend systems for inventory tracking and reordering.
In addition to usability and scalability goals, one of the most critical challenges was building and validating intricate emergency response workflows. These logic flows encoded in JSON had to dynamically adjust based on users' inputs and medical conditions, requiring both technical precision and rigorous QA.
Solvative designed and built two separate native mobile applications: one for phones and one specifically for custom tablets used in compact as well as comprehensive kits.

The workflows were managed through JSON structures, making them flexible but also complex when required. Because this system needed to be always available, it required rigorous quality assurance efforts. The QA team ensured each possible emergency path functioned flawlessly across all devices and in all situations. This application cannot crash when a life is being saved.
